Rick Griffin – Inn/B&B Listing Specialist: After over 30 years in the hotel business, twenty-two of which were at the Kennebunkport Inn, Rick and his wife Martha, sold their Inn and Rick entered the real estate field in 2001. Within 3 years, he was awarded the company Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, which placed him in the top 5% of brokers nationwide. Coming from the service industry, Rick is dedicated to personalized customer service and attention to detail. Ed Mitchell – Inn/B&B Listing Specialist: A seasoned marketing executive and small business owner; Ed specializes in listing and promoting inns for sale. His 25+-year experience as a financial fiduciary has taught him the importance of confidentially when working in the sale of a business. He combines that with a deep understanding of advertising and communications as they apply to marketing, both online and off, providing his clients with the best possible sales exposure for their properties.

Along with being experienced residential brokers, team members have undergone extensive training in the Inn/B&B field in order to comprehend the particular requirements of the Inn/B&B seller while also understanding the buyer’s needs. In doing so, Ed, Rick and Lois will apply the following:
