A few important highlights of Don's career:

Creator/owner/innkeeper
of the Inn at Canoe Point in Bar Harbor, during his ten year
ownership, Don created one of Maine's and New England's most
successful small Inns.

Owner
of four other successful B&B's during the 80's and early 90's:
the Lindenwood Inn and Inn at Southwest in Southwest Harbor, Maine,
and The Maples and Ridgeway B&B's in Bar Harbor, Maine

President
of the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce and Southwest Harbor Chamber
of Commerce, serving three and one year terms respectively.

Gubernatorial
appointee to the Maine Tourism Commission, serving as the group's
chairperson under Governor Angus King in 1996 - 1997

the last 12 years, Don has been involved in selling over 100 Inns
throughout Maine.
