Rick Griffin – Inn/B&B
Listing Specialist: After
over 30 years in the hotel business, twenty-two of which were at
the Kennebunkport Inn, Rick and his wife Martha, sold their Inn
and Rick entered the real estate field in 2001. Within 3 years,
he was awarded the company Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, which
placed him in the top 5% of brokers nationwide. Coming from the
service industry, Rick is dedicated to personalized customer
service and attention to detail. Rick’s combined knowledge of
both the Inn and real estate business, has uniquely qualified
him to assist sellers in understanding the process, maximizing
