Q. Because you are a Real Estate Agent and Buyer’s Broker,
the first question that comes to my mind is, are you
going to try to sell me properties during class?
A. No, the class is designed for you to gain knowledge and understanding of the Innkeeping Business. If you should decide that you would like to explore buying an Inn in Maine, I will be more than happy to help you - after the class is over.

Q. Are you going to try to sell me on
Innkeeping?
A. Quite the opposite, I am going to give you the tools necessary for you to make an informed decision on
Innkeeping. It can be a major life change, and it is certainly better to make your decision now rather than later.
Q. Is the seminar designed to encourage
ownership of an Inn/B&B property in Maine?
A. Because Maine encompasses many of the location qualities that aspiring Innkeepers are looking for, I
will use Maine as an example, but I will try to give you a broad perspective on the
business that you can take anywhere. My past class members have opened Inns down the street as well as far away places
such as Hawaii, California, and New Mexico.
Q. Do most of the class members come from New England?
A. No. In every class I’ve had people attend from all over the country and Canada.
Q. I am going to be a single Innkeeper. Is the class geared toward couples?
A. No. I try to deliver a broad spectrum that applies to both singles and couples. In every class, I have had a mixture of both.
Q. My significant other and I will be
running the Inn together. Is it important that we both attend the class?
A. I cannot stress this enough. It is very important that couples take the class together. You both need to hear the same message to intelligently evaluate the situation.
(Previous class attendees have told me repeatedly to emphasis the importance of taking the class together.)
